missing defskin.css - open in excel - open in word

Hi,

After producing the report on-screen we have selected tools - open in excel and open in word. The download box appears, clicked Open, then another box appears 'Problem during load' stating missing file images\defskin.css

This prevents the report from being opened in excel and word, getting an error message Dynamic AI can't open the list DAI 0000630

How can we get the report, or download the file each time?
