Connecting to Access 2007 accdb Database

Connecting to an Access 2007 format database (.aacdb) the databases panel or Test Connection button seem to get stuck on Retreiving Data. Can Dynamic AI open this database format?

Dynamic AI does not currently support the new Access DB format using the OLEDB Access connection. We will look into the issue and let you know when we have a solution for that.
You might be able to connect to the new format if you set it up as an ODBC System DSN.

Office 2007 formats now supported in Dynamic AI version 6.1

Microsoft Access 2007 now has its own connection type internally, meaning that Access 2007 users no longer need to use the generic connection types, but can take advantage of the same transformations and field formatting that other databases use.
The attachment data-type available in Access 2007 is however not currently supported.
