Hello,

We have had to move Dynamic AI to a new server. I copied by DNMC.dai file and my activation.ini file to the new DAT folder location, but am getting asked to enter the activation code again, even though it is in the file (See attached). I have tried to request a new activation code, but have not received a response email. Please advise as to how to correct this problem.

Try removing the activation.ini file and enter your license code again.
