I have 3 reports that when I click on them, they will not run. 2 of them are very similar and the error just says that it is unable to get the list and the 3rd report displays "invalid use of null" error. When I go to the design view of either of the reports and click on the Apply button without making any changes to the report, the report runs just fine. Any suggestions on why this would be happening?

Do the 2 reports involve any select type filters that obtain their list of values from another report?
If yes, do those "selection list" reports use a formula column?

Is the 3rd report a pivot type, i.e. row and column groupings?

I've encountered similar issue in the past but am not quite remembering what the issues were and/or what I did to fix it.

BTW, what build are you using?
