Hi,
I have a new computer and I wanted to install DAI. I already have license.
I don't find the install file to upload. I want the full version to show prospect the administration tools.
On Dynamicai.com, I have the possibility to download the "Dynamic AI Personal Edition" but when I run it The installation program doesn't ask me my license number and I don't have the administration tools in DAI.
I don't find the link to download the full product.

Eddy,

The problem is that I never receive the screen to code the license number.
I don't know if I need the install the personal edition or the server.

In the server edition, I receive the message
This trial version has expired
please contact your vendor

in the personal edition, I don't have the administration menu

Hi Jacques,

After an evalutation version has expired, you normally get some extra time (grace period) in which you can update the license. Once that time has expired as well, you will get the error message as indicated and you will no longer be able to log-in to Dynamic AI.

In order to reset the license after this period, you can remove the file called Activation.ini that you will find in the DAT folder where you installed Dynamic AI. After that it is best to reset you IIS server to make sure the Dynamic AI application is unloaded. You can do that by running the command IISRESET on command line. Make sure you have administrator priviledges when you do so.

Should you need any help with this, the please let us know.

Best regards,

Eddy Kleinjan
