Can't get required report filter to work

With no required filters, I enter 2009 for the entered year and get this:

I set entered year as a required filter in the report:

Apply / run report, and am prompted I must input for entered year. I enter 2009 and click GO as prompted, but it acts like I've not complied, other than it now displays my input above the prompt.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Bob,

It looks like a bug! (similar to the AI grouped on the same date column issue).

I can work around it by creating a "dummy" ENTEREDDATE column (+Col:Entered Year Type:DATE Formula: ENTDATE) and use that for the required YEAR filter.

We will fix this for next release!

I was able to re-create this bug. I believe it is fixed now - will be available with the next release.
