Hi Grinch,

Can you give some additional information? Like what version of Dynamic AI server do you use, and what browser / operating system etc. Is it the first thing that happens after you log in?

best regards

I'm using Dynamic AI 5.5.0 and the computer is a Windows XP with Internet Explorer 8 (with all updates installed)

And yes this error is the fist thing that happens after I login

Hi Grinch,

Have you been able to use that computer with Dynamic AI before? Do you happen to have safari, firefox, opera, chrome or another browser on the same computer you can test with?

I have installed a Dynamic 5.5.0 now and testet with IE8 - it seems to work, but it's also a fresh installation.

If you want to, you can send me your report definitions (the file c:\dynamic\dat\dnmc.dai) from your Dynamic AI Server. You can send it to boa@cintac.com

Best regards

Hi Grinch,

I have a possible solution that I would like you to try.

Go to the Dynamic AI login screen in IE8. Before you login, check these 2 things:

*Check in the lower right corner of the browser if the browser zoom setting is set to something different from 100%. If it is, please set it to 100%
*From the Page menu, check if compatibility view is turned on. If it is, please turn it off

Let me know if that helps.

Other than that, have you considered upgrading to Dynamic AI v6?

Best regards
