Integration with LDAP / Active Directory

Good Day,

We are new users of the wonders of Dynamic AI from sunny Trinidad and Tobago.

We want to integrate DAI into our current user environment and bypass the need for our users to remember additional credentials to access DAI. Each user has a user account which is maintained by our Active Directory.

Can anyone advise or at least point me i the correct direction as to how to integrate DAI with LDAP / Active Directory.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Stephon

Hello Stephon,

The integration of LDAP to allow for a single-sign-on procedure for Dynamic AI is something that we do support for the enterprise edition of Dynamic AI, but is currently not implemented/supported on the Server edition.

We do want to support it on the Server edition as well though. If you are willing to test this for us, then we can put it in and have you test it.

Please let us know if you are willing to test this feature for the Server edition of Dynamic AI.

Best regards,

Eddy Kleinjan

Good Day Eddy,

First thanks for quick response.

Yes, we are interested in trying out LDAP integration for Dynamic AI's Server product.

Our ultimate goal is reduced administration, by using our current authentication method (AD / LDAP) to govern access to Dynamic AI. If the modification can provide us with it, then all the better for both of our organisations.

We just ask that you provide a step by step guide to both install and if needs be uninstall the modifications.

Thanks,
Stephon Stewart
