• Access Connection now allows for additional specification of a system.mdw file as well as userID
• DB2 OLEDB connection now is ready for further testing. No DSN should be necessary, instead specify "Server", eventually Owner/Catalog, and "databasename" together with username and password
• DB2 ODBC way is as in previous Dynamic AI versions and requires a System DSN defined.
• CSV has been removed - it is not currently properly supported
• MySQL connection type updated to work as an ODBC type, functions are supported (ODBC driver 3.51, MySQL ver 5)
