Filtered packages

Packages are now loaded with the filter settings from the first report included in the package.

The filter will be executed against all reports in the package that have the same filter settings.

This means that it is possible to i.e. create a package holding several sales reports and filter these reports on i.e. product groups, periods or sales persons.
