Hi,

The +Columns should be available on the list tab (in older versions you are right that they had an own tab).

The Layout tab - available on IE only for the time being - is hidden if "Form (floating layout)" - is selected on the General tab. If you are using IE and "Drill-down to" is set to "Form" then the Layout tab should appear.

The SQL option (to be able to see generated SQL) is available in the Server and Enterprise editions only.

Best regards,
Carsten

You need to specify the full path to the Excel file. E.g.: C:\yourdata\Book2.xls then it should work.

Sorry I misunderstood your question!

You need to define named Data-ranges in the Excel Sheet - that Dynamic AI can use as Data-sources, i.e. The range must have column headers and each row in the table will be 1 record in Dynamic AI. The ranges should then appear as a table source in Dynamic AI database explorer.

Be aware that you sometimes are not allowed to have the sheet open at the same time as using the file from Dynamic AI.

Best regards,
Carsten

Hi Sunil,

I'm not sure I understand exactly - but usually we define "reports" - eventually just a simple table report to place the relevant data-ranges in the Report menu for browsing, report creation, investigations, Automated Intelligence etc. I.e. It might be that the database explorer will expose some ranges (the ones that you see as sheet names) that are not suited for use as a data-source...

Don't know whether you have already seen this but there are some documentation available at:
